Operators Who Build
Not just advisors. We've built, bought, and run businesses ourselves.
That perspective shapes everything we build and every recommendation we make. When we say a system will make your business run better, it's because we've seen what works - from the inside.

Founder
Marshal Currier
19+ years leading technology teams at Fortune 500 companies, combined with active buy-side M&A experience. That dual perspective - operator and buyer - is what makes HireHumble different.
Years in technology leadership
Business listings reviewed as active buyer
Industries with production software deployed
Marshal spent 13 years in corporate technology leadership at PayPal, GEICO, USAA, and American Express, where he managed a $147M revenue platform with 99.999% uptime, built high-performing engineering teams, and developed strategies that bridged the gap between executive vision and operational execution.
Before that, six years in SMB account management at GoDaddy, Endurance International, and Apple gave him a front-row seat to what small business owners actually need from their technology - and where the gaps are.
The shift to M&A and business acquisitions brought a new lens. Working with Heritage Wealth Capital and the Gurtz Group, Marshal reviewed over 2,000 business listings and conducted due diligence across multiple industries as an active buyer. The patterns became clear fast: the businesses that commanded premium multiples had documented systems, predictable cash flow, and operations that didn't depend on the owner. The ones that sold at a discount - or couldn't sell at all - were missing exactly those things.
HireHumble exists to bridge that gap. We build the software and automation that makes businesses run better, and we evaluate every project through the lens of what creates transferable value. Not because every owner wants to sell - but because the traits that attract buyers are the same ones that make a business easier to own.
Marshal is based in Chandler, Arizona (Phoenix metro) and works with business owners nationwide.

Why This Matters for You
When your software developer has managed $147M platforms, they build differently. When your exit planning advisor has reviewed 2,000+ businesses as a buyer, they advise differently. When both are the same person, everything connects.
That's why HireHumble clients get software that's built to increase business value, automation that reduces owner dependency, and exit plans backed by real buy-side pattern recognition.
