SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of HireHumble LLC's ("HireHumble," "we," "us," or "our") text message program. By providing your mobile phone number to HireHumble, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description & Types of Messages
HireHumble sends transactional SMS messages to clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile number. Message types include:
- Invoice notifications: Alerts when a new invoice is ready, with a secure link to view and pay.
- Payment reminders: Courtesy reminders before invoices become due or overdue.
- Payment confirmations: Receipts confirming successful payment.
- Document availability alerts: Notifications when proposals, agreements, or deliverables have been shared via the client portal.
- Appointment reminders: Reminders for scheduled advisory calls or meetings.
- Account & service updates: Important notices related to your engagement.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this program.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number during onboarding, on an intake form, in a signed engagement agreement, or otherwise furnishing it to HireHumble for the purpose of receiving service communications, you consent to receive the SMS messages described above. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and engagement with HireHumble. Most recipients receive fewer than 4 messages per month.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier's plan for details. HireHumble does not charge you for receiving SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply to each message sent or received.
5. Opting Out (STOP)
You can opt out of HireHumble SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe:
- Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.
- You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further SMS messages from us.
- You may also email marshal@hirehumble.com to request opt-out.
6. Opting Back In (START)
If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, reply START or UNSTOP to a prior message from us, or contact us at marshal@hirehumble.com to re-enroll your mobile number.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the transmission limitations of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Neither HireHumble nor its SMS service providers are responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdelivered due to carrier issues, device issues, or any other factors outside of our reasonable control.
9. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy & No Sharing of SMS Consent Data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in / consent information are never shared with any third party for any purpose. This includes affiliates, marketing partners, service providers, and professional advisors (such as attorneys or accountants). The only exception is disclosure compelled by law, subpoena, or court order.
This no-sharing commitment applies specifically to SMS consent data and overrides any general data-sharing provisions described elsewhere. For our broader data handling practices, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to participate in our SMS program. By providing your mobile number, you represent that you meet these requirements.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS recipients in advance where reasonably practicable.
